Falsche Koordinate, unpassendes Bild, ein Ort, der nicht zur Illustration passt: melde es mit dem Namen des Ortes und, wenn möglich, einem Screenshot. Wir prüfen jeden Hinweis und korrigieren das Bild oder die Daten oder nehmen den Ort heraus.A wrong coordinate, an image that does not sit right, a place that does not match its illustration: report it with the name of the place and, if possible, a screenshot. We check every report and correct the image or the data, or take the place out.
Unpassende Spitznamen in DuellenInappropriate nicknames in duels
Beleidigende, diskriminierende oder rechtsverletzende Spitznamen kannst du unter support@altrosa.app melden. Wir setzen solche Namen zurück und sperren bei schwerwiegenden oder wiederholten Verstößen die Duell-Funktion.Insulting, discriminatory or unlawful nicknames can be reported to support@altrosa.app. We reset such names and suspend the duel feature in the event of serious or repeated violations.
Käufe und WiederherstellungPurchases and restoring them
Käufe laufen über den Apple App Store bzw. Google Play. Ein bereits getätigter Kauf lässt sich in der App unter Einstellungen wiederherstellen. Erstattungen bearbeitet ausschließlich der jeweilige Store.Purchases run through the Apple App Store or Google Play. A purchase already made can be restored in the app under Settings. Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective store.
